- 250g bream fillets
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 3/4 cups cereal
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Grease the base of a casserole dish with butter and arrange fish fillets in a single layer.
- Drizzle the lemon juice over the fish.
- Add garlic, tomato, zucchini, salt, pepper and sugar.
- Top with Rice Bubbles and tasty cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until crust starts to turn golden brown.
